Sand Dune—Wilderness World   Ruan Yulin

The inspiration for this clothing collection comes from the future world depicted in the movie "Dune." In this world, excessive development has led to the depletion of freshwater resources on Earth, resulting in widespread desertification. The inspiration for the design of this collection stems from the sandstorms and cracked land that can arise in drought-stricken areas. The focus of the design is to experiment with different material transformation techniques and patchwork craftsmanship to express the visual effect of "desiccation." By incorporating popular post-apocalyptic wasteland styles from recent years, the collection aims to create the image of wanderers in a future barren world.
